Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Product Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Service Description

AI Product Studio provides AI-powered product content generation services for ecommerce, including but not limited to product photography, marketplace listings, and advertising creatives.

User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload content that infringes on third-party rights
  • Verify all generated content before commercial use

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the product images and materials you upload. Generated outputs are subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers and applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use uploaded materials commercially.

Service Availability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the early-access phase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Content Accuracy

AI-generated outputs are reviewable drafts. We do not guarantee that generated content will perfectly preserve every product detail, color accuracy, or specification. Human review and verification are required before commercial use.

Credits and Billing

Credits are consumed based on successful output generation. Technical system failures restore credits automatically. Subscription credits may roll over subject to plan terms. Purchased credits expire after 12 months.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service to:

  • Generate content that violates laws or regulations
  • Upload content you do not have rights to
  • Circumvent technical limitations or usage restrictions
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract model weights
  • Resell or redistribute service access

Limitation of Liability

Excels Tech Solution, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Excels Tech Solution, LLC operates.
